Education and Health Care are key…

The San Alfonso Mission firmly believes that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. The area that we are focused on is the City of Juarez, Mexico (Ciudad Juarez).

We achieve this by supporting the Augustin Pro School (pictured on the home page) for high school students.

Through the Beca Scholarship Fund, we are also able to send a student to university for about $65 per month.

Understanding that a person’s overall well-being also requires good medical care, we also support a medical clinic treating 70 - 75 patients per week and a dental clinic treating 54 - 60 patients per day. Because of our support, patients will only pay about $7 per visit.
